it’s luxury,clean and very very nice and comfy. The room was super good,modern design with lots of bras,marble and glasses and mirrors which I liked a lot.Usually four seasons hotels are with very classic design ,which I don’t like too much because I prefer more modern style,but this hotel surprised me in a good way because the design was combination between modern,luxury and classic style.We stayed in deluxe city room which was normal size with super comfy bed,big terrace,big bathroom ,overall luxury and amazing.the outdoor pool was nice ,spa was nice ,there are nice resturants inside,very well trained staff,very kind staff in the reception and overall in the hotel.nice breakfast -106 euro for two,with lots of fruits like mango,pineapple,strawberries and etc,good choice for breakfast for vegan people which was amazing ,oat milk,tofu and many other options. I am very satisfied from my stay.checking and checkout was very fast.food in the hotel bars and restaurants was very good level.

The best equipped gym in any 5 star hotel that we’ve stayed at with a rooftop running track, offering wonderful views over the city towards the sea. A beautifully designed spa with a calming indoor pool area as well as an outside pool. Every member of staff was keen to assist, polite, friendly and highly competent - the kitchen prepared a mouth-watering birthday cake from scratch within 3 hours - the very high quality of staff distinguished this hotel from many other 5 stars. The refurbished “premier” rooms are worth every penny, with an inner hallway, a huge bedroom, a balcony and luxurious bathroom. The “Origins” tasting menu and wine pairing in the Cura restaurant was superb.

Love the interior design of the hotel! I had a lovely time exploring the beauty of the hotel & the view of the city from the rooftop. I enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna the most especially since it was empty most of the time. & the hotel has a cute little vintage shop inside. It was such a nice & relaxing stay. I had already spent a couple of days in Lisbon & Sintra before & it was nice to have some quiet time away from the tourism before my next destination. The staff was also so kind & attentive!

We did have breakfast a bit late and found they starting removing food from the Buffett in order to set up for Christmas Eve brunch . Staff apologized for gently prompting us to finish, but in hindsight probably best to have made us aware before we sat down.

It was a STUNNING property ! Our suite was large and AMAZING! The staff was great ! Especially the staff at the bar the manager Alex was great and everyone . We loved our private car and driver we had arranged via their amazing concierge ! We day a day trip to Porto ! Def will return ! Loved it! 5 stars all the way
